Terms of Service
These terms govern the relationship between Technologies Renovation Services Group, s.r.o. (the "Provider") and the customer for waterproofing, roof repair and TRITOFLEX™ application services.
1. Subject of the contract
The Provider delivers waterproofing, roof repair, sprayed TRITOFLEX™ membrane application and related services. Scope, price and timeline are specified in an individual quote.
2. Quote and contract formation
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. A contract is formed by written acceptance of the quote (email or signature).
3. Warranty
TRITOFLEX™ material is covered by up to 25 years of manufacturer warranty. Workmanship warranty is 24 months from handover, unless otherwise agreed.
4. Payment terms
Standard payment is 50% deposit before work starts and 50% within 14 days of handover. Smaller jobs may be billed once on completion.
5. Liability and complaints
Visible defects must be claimed on handover. Latent defects within 30 days of discovery, no later than the end of the warranty. Send complaints to triton@strechasos.cz.
6. Closing provisions
Matters not covered here are governed by Czech civil law. Disputes will be resolved amicably or, failing that, before the competent court of the Czech Republic.
